In this episode, I interview Colin Harmon, the founder of 3FE coffee. Colin studied in business and law but discovered in 2008 that his passion lay in coffee.
1 year after getting his first job in coffee, Colin won the Irish Barista Championship and went on to the finals of the World Barista Championships.
3fe now has three locations in Dublin, a roastary, an espresso machine business and two more shops in the pipeline.
We talk about where Colin started, the discovery of his passion and the journey to ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience at any of his shops.
