In this episode, I discuss my new daily rituals and how they have affected my overall mood, growth, and energy over the past month.

For one hour before I go to bed and after I wake up, I ban the use of screens including my iPhone and Apple Watch. I've also greatly increased the number of books I'm reading and podcasts I'm listening to in an effort to learn more about my interests.

I also discuss how things are progressing in MiniCorp. What we are focusing on and how team communication and asking questions is a core focus of our culture.
